Hi, I'm Grace Tarnasky.
Most of the people I work with are buying their first home, and nearly all of them start out nervous. I walk through what happens next before it happens, answer the questions people worry sound obvious, and hold the line when it comes time to negotiate.
I grew up here. My family has roots in The Dalles, and I went to school in Dufur, so when you ask about a street, a school, or which side of town catches the afternoon wind, the answer comes from memory instead of a search.

Weekends here start in The Dalles, whether that's a First Friday downtown or just the kids running around the backyard. Then they tend to wander, wind on the river, orchards climbing the Hood River valley, Mount Hood filling the windshield the whole way up to Parkdale. These are my own photos, not stock.
