I was born and raised in The Dalles, with family roots in Dufur, so when a client asks about a street, a school, or which part of town catches the afternoon wind, the answer usually comes from memory.
Whether it's a first home or a next one, buying can be exciting and nerve-racking at the same time. I keep the process calm and educational: what happens next, what it costs, and what I would do in your shoes. You will never feel rushed, and you will never wonder what your agent is doing.
Before real estate I owned an esthetics business and worked in property management. Both taught me the same lesson: take care of people and the details take care of themselves. These days you will find me at the JDRE office, wrangling three boys under one roof, or out exploring the Gorge.

Do you work with first-time buyers?
They are the heart of my business. I will walk you through every step, from the first budget conversation to keys in hand, and I never mind a beginner question. There is no such thing.
Which areas do you serve?
The Dalles first, plus Dufur, Mosier, Hood River, Cascade Locks, and the surrounding Columbia River Gorge. I am licensed in both Oregon and Washington, so I can represent you on either side of the river, including White Salmon, Bingen, Lyle, Dallesport, Goldendale and Stevenson.
Do you work with sellers?
Yes, sellers are just as much a part of my business as buyers. I run a full market analysis, coordinate photos and marketing, and keep you updated on real showing feedback, not just a "no news" text every few weeks. If you're on the fence about listing, I'm happy to just talk it through first.
What if I'm not ready to buy for a year or more?
That's perfect, actually. Meeting now, even a year out, means we can map a path to your timeline and catch the to-dos you wouldn't otherwise know to look for.
